About the Classes

Take back the time you need to find balance in your life

Discover what yoga is for you and how it can support you to restore your energy, relearn kinesthetically and realign your body-mind relationship.

Safe and peaceful classes permitting us more choice, without judgement, to show greater kindness to our bodies and dive deeper into the present moment. We explore easeful-ness and comfort by getting quiet, turning inward and really meeting the ground and our breath to help realign, relearn and recover.

How to book

Please book online in advance at https://www.soundsitesomatics.com/events 

3 class card £20 or 9 class card £50 - Valid until 1st January 2020. Can be used to participate in all drop-in classes at the Angel Studio by Sarah Gray. Or, drop-in by arrangement only, £7.50 per class (paid in advance via bank transfer)

What to bring

Please bring a mat if you have one and wear comfortable and warm clothes you can move in freely. Blankets and props (if required) are provided.
