Somatic Movement Class - Emerging Into Space

Tzara leads embodied movement enquiries informed by the Body-Mind Centering developmental material. The series will each explore our basic movement patterns which begin in utero, support us at birth, and further develop through our first months of life.

What to bring: 

• Please come with warm, comfortable clothing you like to move in. If you have knee pads, please bring them along.

• Feel welcome to bring anything that supports your comfort - such as a blanket, sheepskin or a prop you like. 

• You may wish to bring a water bottle or drinking vessel and any snacks, if you need them. 

• To support your creative process you could bring a journal and pen or pencils.
