This is an immersive weekend, with no fixed agenda. We will demonstrate our recording and broadcast equipment, and be on hand to facilitate creatively, technically and spiritually. You will have access to specialist sound equipment, an editing suite and expertise in birdsong, sound recording, voicework, bodywork and listening from a somatics perspective. Moments to gather together include a technical induction on the Friday evening, a Wildlife Discotheque on Saturday evening, our live link to Reveil at daybreak on Sunday, and shared mealtimes around the fire.
Wake up to an early morning dawn chorus listening experience with Tony; take a walk among woodlands or swim in the River Dart; explore local birdlife and their songs; play with sound recording equipment and an editing suite; participate in somatic workshops and yoga sessions with Sarah; enjoy home-cooked vegan meals and open fires. On Saturday evening, join us for the Wildlife Disco with three DJs; come together around the fire for silence, song and bat detecting!
Plenty of time to share, but also silent time to pause and reconnect with your self and surroundings. Leave feeling reconnected, refreshed and relaxed.
