Sat Soma is a little yoga lab for embodied practice working with Scaravelli-inspired themes of Ground, Breath and Spine.
SAT : That “which is unchangeable” real, virtuous, good, and long lasting.
SOMA : To “distill, extract, sprinkle” herbal, ritualistic, vedic, psychoactive
YOGA : A sensitivity practice; a living experiment or an experiment in living; attending to each moment as if anew, unique
AT A GLANCE
New realms of body mind consciousness through attending to our sense of comfort. We witness the inner concert of connective tissue from fascia to bone - in motion and in stillness.
Inviting an altered, perhaps dreamy state of consciousness with a feeling of wellbeing and even joy through this yoga practice we are sharpening our senses turning our attention inward and reducing stress.

After you have crossed over the river at Hood Bridge (the bridge with the traffic lights) take the next right just before the Steiner School. This is Colston Road. Continue for about 1 mile along Colston Road. It is a single lane road. The road dips down and around a very sharp corner with high banks. Cholwell Farm is on the left at the end of this downward hill. There is a slate sign on an old gate post at driveway entrance. Follow the drive to the end (a few yards) and park by the gravel steps on your right. The Summer House is directly above you. Take the steps up and follow the path around and you will come to a covered porch area and the front door to your right again.
