Shed your winter skin through a sequence of activities to open up new pathways of feeling and releasing into the body. Sarah and Pippa will guide you through asana, pranayama, partner work, bodywork, touch & massage techniques, and playing blissful, uplifting music get us moving.
The Venue
the School Of Experiential Learning, The Summerhouse, Cholwell - Free Parking. Light, cosy studio with wooden floor warmed by woodburner with outdoor seating area, lovely views on secluded and peaceful family-run biodynamic farm in Dartington. Directions given upon booking.
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing you can move in. It can be nice to bring extra pairs of thick socks or slippers. Please bring something warming for your own comfort like a blanket, sheepskin rug, or hot water bottle.
Food
We will prepare a vegan, nourishing lunch including a large organic soup to share with breads (gluten-free options available). Organic teas and coffee is available throughout the day.
Your Team
Pippa began her trainings and journey into bodywork over 20 years ago. She is an established practitioner of various body therapies and also specialises in offering both children and adults mindfulness/somatic yoga experiences. With a kind and creative approach the invitation will be to explore and connect to our unique living breathing selves through asana, movement and breathe
Sarah is a certified Scaravelli-inspired hatha yoga teacher with an artist's ear; exploring sound as a medium of touch. Sarah teaches at the School of Experiential Learning and assisted Rosalyn Maynard during the holistic studies in human anatomy course since 2016. Sarah has been training internationally in Body-Mind Centering® as a somatic movement educator.
